How long does it take?
Most requests can be taken care of within a few days. If there's something out of the ordinary, we'll let you know.

Why do you need my hosting & control panel password information?
We need this information in order to access your web server, so we can upload, install and set-up WordPress. FTP allows up to upload and your control panel gives us access to your database which is needed to run WordPress on your site. We suggest you either set-up temporary access for us, or change your password when we're done. That's a good idea anyway.
You don't sell the themes?
No, it didn't make sense from a logistics standpoint. Besides, when you purchase your own theme, you are sure to get the updates and news directly from the horses mouth. Themes are often updated when WordPress updates come out – so it's good to keep up with yourself.
